16.  The Town Plan The town plan of Pihlajisto and of the future Viikinmäki area on the neighbouring rocky hill has been visualized in the home pages of Pihlajisto. From the map you can take a direct e-mail contact to the planner in the City Planning Department. The town plan is a legally strong paper in Finland including detailed regulation of the coming built environment.
